Vineyards:
Bluskovo village, Provadia municipality, Varna region, PGU Danube Plain
The vines are 13 years old, located at the foot of the Provadian plateau of Sirta.
The soils are limestone-sandy, the exposure is southwest.
Technology:
The grapes are picked by hand in small boxes and transported in a cold room.
The chilled grapes are hand sorted, crushed and drained with minimal skin contact to achieve the desired color.
The temperature of the alcoholic fermentation is controlled in the range of 15-17°C.

Aging:
The wine is aged for 3 months on the fine lees.
The wines are minimally processed. The appearance of a noble precipitate is possible.
