The 12-year-old Burgas 63 brandy has been aged for 12 years in barrels made of classic Strandzha oak.
Tasting characteristics:
The brandy combines a bouquet of fig and acacia aromas with hints of vanilla, acquired by maturing the wine distillate for twelve years in oak barrels.
Processing process:
The Muscat Otonel wine distillate is aged in transport barrels, where it develops its potential for 12 years, after which it is transferred to 10-ton camp barrels, where the blend is stored for at least six months to gain balance and harmony.
